About The Position
- Camera & Field Support
- Capture b-roll, supporting camera angles, drone shots, BTS footage, and still photographs.
- Operate secondary cameras during studio podcasts and field shoots.
- Assist in preparing shot compositions, lens choices, and lighting placement.
- Technical & Production Assistance
- Set up lighting rigs, microphones, audio systems, tripods, and rigs for field and studio shoots.
- Conduct basic sound checks and support camera/audio syncing.
- Media Management
- Manage footage transfers, follow naming conventions, maintain folders, and ensure timely backups.
- Maintain media hygiene including SD card formatting, drive organization, and redundancy checks.
- Equipment Handling
- Assist in preparing and organizing gear batteries, lenses, cables, lighting accessories, and drone systems.
- Conduct equipment checks pre- and post-shoot.
Responsibilities
- 24 years of experience in videography, filming, or production support.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Familiarity with drones (DJI preferred), gimbals, tripods, and rigs.
- Strong understanding of shot composition, movement, and framing.
- Basic knowledge of file transfers, backups, and storage management.
- Experience in documentary or on-field shoots is an advantage.
