About the Role

We are looking for a Videographer and Editor, one person, total responsibility. You shoot it, you edit it, you shape it. You are creating the visuals that define Disco. This content will be promoted, you will get clout, money, reach, brand deals and more. The only thing needed here is skills, skills and skills.

Your work will

Shoot raw, cinematic, and energetic content at events, clubs, and curated experiences. You can shoot on an iPhone or a camera, your choice. (We are going to be shooting directed content, not people bobbing at the club, think- 30 second trailers.)

Edit with precision and style using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools.

Transform ideas into scroll-stopping videos that define campaigns. Example campaigns include:

Collaborate with creators, influencers, and brands while owning the execution from start to finish.

You fit this role if

You have hands-on experience creating content that moves people; personal creator accounts count.

You master all major editing tools and can turn raw footage into finished works that are impossible to ignore.

You work fast, think creatively, and thrive in the chaos of live events and deadlines.

You want to be part of building something from the ground up and understand the stakes are real.
