What You'll Do (Core Deliverables)
- Shootweddings, events, corporate, reels, products & brand films
- HandleDSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, basic lighting
- Executecinematic videos + sharp photographyconsistently
- Collaborate with creative direction butown your frames
- Work onon-location + studio shoots
- Deliver footage ready for post-production (clean, organised, on time)
What We're Looking For
- 13+ years ofhands-on shooting experience(freelance or studio)
- Strongcomposition, framing & lighting sense
- Comfortable withReels / Short-form video
- Knows how to move fast on live shoots
- Team player with acreator mindset
- Passion > certificates (portfolio matters more than degrees)
