Marty Martin is a Creative-Led Performance Marketing Agency based in the heart of Bengaluru. Having worked with brands like Flipkart, Healthify, and others, we love helping B2C brands sell better with our content. Our core focus is on creating Ad creatives and running Ads for our clients.

What will you do in this role

• You are expected to go on shoots and direct them if need be.
• You are expected to have amazing communication skills to be able to communicate with actors, other team members and clients.
• By collaborating with our creative strategy team, we expect you to envision/storyboard the ads and content that we plan to shoot.
• You're also expected to: manage the team and shoot ads/social media content occasionally.

What will you require to qualify for this role

• You will require at least 2-4 years of experience in the Agency or the Ad world, having worked as a Videographer if you are applying for full-time.
• Understanding lighting and intermediate video production is necessary.
• Knowing Adobe Premiere Pro is a Big +1 but not a necessity.
• If you have built a brand all by yourself as a side project - that's a huge plus one! But not necessarily a requirement.
• You love collaborating and taking feedback from your teammates irrespective of their role or position in the agency!
• Willingness to experiment and go beyond what's asked to provide quality output

What is it like to work at Marty Martin

• We work 5 days a week.
• We are a team of under-25 yo folks from different parts of India!
• We work in our office between 10:30 to 7:30 pm.
