What You'll Do

Shoot podcasts, brand content, and concept-driven videos

Translate ideas into visuals angles, lighting, framing, mood

Plan and execute shoots independently

Deliver clean, editor-ready footage every time

Catch the things nobody asked you to catch

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of videography experience

Strong fundamentals framing, lighting, camera movement, audio

Ability to read a concept brief and execute without constant direction

Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions

An eye for detail that borders on obsessive

Not another auto-applier, someone who actually wants THIS role
