Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Photographer & Videographer role based in Noida. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and other brand initiatives. The Photographer & Videographer will collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts that align with CareerBloc's brand and messaging. Daily tasks include setting up equipment, capturing high-quality visuals, managing lighting and composition, editing footage and images, and organizing digital assets. The role also requires maintaining equipment, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in photography, videography, and visual storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio equipment, along with basic knowledge of studio and on-location setups.
• Experience using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects or similar tools).
• Ability to plan and execute shoots, including framing, composition, lighting, and shot lists, while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of social media and digital platforms, and how to tailor visual content for different channels and formats.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in photography, film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a creative, media, or marketing role, especially in an on-site environment, is an advantage.
