Job Description: Video Editor
Responsibilities:
Videography:
Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, drones, and other equipment.
Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and composition.
Coordinate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Travel to various locations for on-location shoots as necessary.
Photography:
Take high-resolution photographs for projects, events, or promotional materials.
Utilize photography equipment and techniques to capture compelling images.
Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and appeal.
Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Video Editing:
Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos.
Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble video clips, add transitions, effects, and sound.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
Collaborate with clients or team members to review and revise video drafts until the final product meets expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in video editing techniques and software.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage and organize digital media assets, including video files, photographs, and graphics.
Assist with pre-production tasks, such as scriptwriting, storyboarding, and location scouting.
Provide technical support during video shoots and editing processes.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in working order.
Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
Proficiency with video editing software and photography tools.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Knowledge of current trends in video production and digital media.
Bachelor's degree in film production, photography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).

Work Days: Monday to Friday and Alternatives Saturday
