Job Description
Oxyhom Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer + Video Editor to join our marketing and production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in professional video shooting and editing, especially for commercial, promotional, or real estate projects.
The role involves planning, filming, and producing high-quality video content for property listings, advertisements, client testimonials, and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality property walkthrough videos, client interviews, events, and promotional content
- Edit and produce polished videos suitable for social media, advertising, and website use
- Add visual elements including text overlays, transitions, graphics, sound effects, and color correction
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand content goals and project timelines
- Manage and organize media files, equipment, and project archives
- Research and implement new video trends, shooting styles, and editing techniques
- Handle end-to-end video production from planning to final delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video shooting and video editing
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve etc.
- Strong cinematography skills including framing, lighting, and camera handling
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to tell visual stories effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Own camera/DSLR is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Good communication and time-management skills
