We're building something real at CodeEdgeTech and we need someone who can point a camera at it and make it look as good as it feels.
This isn't a film one video a month and call it content kind of role. We're talking daily shoots, fast edits, reels that actually stop the scroll, and photos that don't look like stock images. If you live and breathe visual storytelling and you're fast, creative, and a little obsessed with good light, keep reading.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Shooting and editing video content daily - reels, product demos, team stories, brand films
- Photographing products, people, events, and anything else that needs to look great
- Turning raw footage into tight, engaging edits - fast turnarounds, no excuses
- Working closely with the design and content team to keep everything visually consistent
- Coming up with your own ideas we want someone who pitches, not just executes
- Managing your own gear and keeping shoots organised from brief to final file
You're probably a fit if:
- You have 13 years of experience shooting and editing (agency, studio, or freelance, we don't mind)
- Your editing toolkit includes Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
- You understand what makes a reel work in 2025 - pacing, hooks, transitions, sound
- You can shoot on a DSLR or mirrorless camera and aren't intimidated by a phone shoot either
- You have a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling (seriously, this is the most important thing)
- You're comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage team where things change quickly
Bonus points if you:
- Know your way around Adobe Lightroom or Capture One for photo editing
- Have experience shooting tech, SaaS, or digital product content
- Can do basic colour grading without needing a separate colourist
- Have an Instagram or YouTube portfolio we can stalk before the interview
What we offer:
- A full-time role where your work is actually seen by a real audience, every day
- Creative freedom to experiment, not just execute a brief
- A lean, no-BS team that moves fast and trusts you to own your lane
