Videographer

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and passionate Videographer/Cinematographer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot high-quality videos for campaigns, events, interviews, and outdoor shoots

Plan, storyboard, and conceptualize video ideas with the team

Handle camera setup, lighting, framing & composition independently

Operate stabilizers and Gimbal smoothly (mandatory)

Capture both candid and structured shots during political/public events

Edit videos with clean transitions, color grading, and sound balance

Maintain and manage video equipment

Deliver videos within deadlines and handle multiple projects at once

Required Skills & Experience:

23 years of professional videography experience

Experience in political shoots or high-pressure environments preferred

Must have personal camera gear; drone handling is an advantage

Strong understanding of cinematography, angles, and lighting

Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)

Ability to work long hours during travel or field shoots

Strong creative vision and attention to detail

Should be able to join within 1 month

Work samples/portfolio is mandatory
