We're Hiring: Videographer (Full-Time / Interns Welcome)

Balance & Being D2C Stationery Brand

On-site | (4 - 6 Days a Week)

We are building Balance & Being as a D2C stationery brand with a simple belief: brands feel real when they have a face, a voice, and a story behind them.

We're in the early stages of launching, and video will be central to how Balance & Being is built. From founder-led content to product stories and podcasts, we'll be creating a lot of videoand we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy being behind the camera and want to grow with a brand from day one.

This role is for creators who don't just want a job, but want to be part of building something meaningful.

We're open to:

• Interns and freshers who are confident with a camera and eager to learn
• Experienced videographers who care about storytelling, framing, and consistency

If you're someone who wants hands-on experience, creative involvement, and the opportunity to grow alongside a young D2C brand, you'll fit well here.

• Shooting content for a D2C stationery brand
• Founder-led videos and behind-the-scenes content
• Podcast video shoots
• Short-form and long-form video formats for social platforms
• Shooting content for Balance and being's Sister company

You'll be shooting regularly and contributing directly to how the brand looks, feels, and connects with people.

• 4-6 working days per week
• On-site role
• Monthly stipend ranging from 5,000 to 10,000, based on skills and experience
