Job Description: Videographer
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience and a proven track record of producing high-quality video content from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading video projects, collaborating with the team, and ensuring all visual content aligns perfectly with our brand vision.
- Location: GK, South Delhi
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Capture high-quality video for a wide range of projects, from corporate events and social media campaigns to interviews and product demonstrations.
- Shoot Management: Independently plan and execute video shoots, including the professional setup of lighting, sound, and other essential equipment.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop compelling video projects that meet strategic goals.
- Asset Management: Systematically organize and manage video archives and footage to ensure easy access and a streamlined workflow.
- Brand Alignment: Guarantee all video content adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the video production industry.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain all video equipment to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Interview & B-roll: Skillfully conduct interviews and capture supplementary B-roll footage to enhance storytelling.
- Live Streaming: Handle live streaming for events, ensuring a smooth and professional broadcast.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a professional videographer or in a similar role.
- In-depth Knowledge: A strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Creative Mindset: A keen eye for detail and a talent for visual storytelling.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Skills (Plus): Experience with motion graphics, visual effects, and live streaming is a significant advantage.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field is preferred.
