We are on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Brand Pitching & Sales Manager who can bridge creativity with business impact. This role is ideal for someone who understands how agencies function, knows how to sell ideas (not just services), and has the confidence to engage with senior marketing leaders.
You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding the agency's brand portfolio, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive new business acquisition across mid-to-large brands in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, Technology, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Wellness sectors.
- Develop and execute a structured outbound sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
2. Strategic Brand Partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Leads, and Creative Directors.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into creative business opportunities.
- Position the agency as a long-term creative and content partner.
3. Creative Selling & Pitch Leadership
- Lead pitches for motion design, animation, video production, branded storytelling, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to build high-impact presentations and proposals.
- Guide pricing discussions and ensure healthy margins.
4. Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
- Track KPIs, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide leadership visibility on deal progress and market insights.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.
Requirements
- 610 years of experience in agency sales, business development, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing high-value creative or marketing deals.
- Strong understanding of content, storytelling, branding, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Ability to sell consultatively rather than transactionally.
- Highly confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
- Existing network within brand marketing teams is highly desirable.
