Description:

A successful applicant must be able to come up with ideas, script videos, do film

shoots, and video editing/post-production for client YouTube videos, shorts, and reels. Must be

able to produce quality videos from start to finish without much oversight or help.

Job Responsibilities:

o Video Production

o Ability to produce videos from start to finish

Pre-production

Concept

Style Board

Script (with client input)

Shot List

Production

Video Shoot

Lighting, Audio, Staging, etc.

Post-production

Editing, Publishing, etc.

Social Media

o Assist in creating reels, shorts, and YouTube videos from content provided by

various clients.

o Assist in producing videos and other content for Sky Fish's social media.

Marketing

o Basic understanding of social media marketing

o Frame clients story in appealing ways that help drive sales, donations, etc.

Communication

o Strong communication skills to discuss project goals with team members and

clients when needed.

o English & Hindi fluency required

o Open to learning new tools and adapting to project needs beyond core

responsibilities.

Requirements:

Flexibility: This is a small company, so the ability to work outside of the scope of this job

Description is a must.

Fluency in English and Hindi

Ability to produce quality videos from start to finish

Davinci Resolve Studio

Understanding of Camera use, lighting, staging, etc.

1 Year experience in video production

Willing to learn and apply new skills

Other Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in social media/content marketing

Location: Based in South-West Delhi (Dwarka)

Availability: Immediate

Salary Expectation: 32,000 per month
