Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Video Producer who can take OMG's visual storytelling to the next level. The ideal candidate combines creative vision, technical know-how, and production discipline. They should know how to identify great stories, storyboard them, collaborate closely with editors, and deliver highly engaging reels optimized for social platformsespecially Facebook.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging short-form video content (primarily reels) aligned with OMG's theme and tone.
Identify and pitch uplifting human-interest stories, feel-good moments, and relatable slice-of-life content.
Oversee end-to-end production: planning, shoot coordination, footage management, and post-production.
Work closely with video editors to ensure storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics meet OMG's standards.
Maintain a strong understanding of Facebook reel trends, formats, and audience preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of videos with strong attention to detail and quality.
Help build a consistent visual identity for OMG across all video output.
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in video production for digital/social media platforms.
Strong grasp of storytelling for feel-good, emotional, or inspirational content.
Familiarity with video editing workflows (Premiere Pro, FCP, CapCut, or similar).
Ability to guide editors, give constructive feedback, and maintain smooth coordination.
Good understanding of Facebook reels, short-form video trends, hooks, and audience behaviour.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
