We're looking for a Video Producer to own our video content end-to-end strategy, scripting, production, performance, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow our YouTube channel and short-form platforms (Reels/Shorts)
- Write sharp, engaging scripts aligned with brand goals
- Deliver visually strong content while optimizing thumbnails, titles, and formats to drive growth.
- Lead content from idea research shoot edit/visualisation upload optimization
- Strong editorial vision to transform raw footage into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing video.
- Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time, thumbnails, SEO)
- Be comfortable being the face of the brand when required
- Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and video best practices
- Use AI tools to improve speed, research, ideation, and workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong YouTube understanding (analytics + thumbnail sense + SEO)
- Scriptwriting & storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of short-form content formats
- Creative thinking with execution capability
- Research-driven content approach
- Comfortable on camera
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Interest in personal finance (preferred)
Bonus
- Knows how to shoot (camera, framing, lighting basics)
- Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
