Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Producer who can independently handle end-to-end video productionfrom concept and client discussions to shoot execution and final delivery. This role requires deep technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and professional production equipment, strong post-production expertise, and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production & Creative
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand briefs, objectives, and creative expectations
- Conceptualize ideas and write strong screenplays/scripts aligned with brand and communication goals
- Plan shoots including locations, equipment requirements, crew coordination, and timelines
- Create shot lists, storyboards, and production plans
Production
- Operate and manage professional cameras, lenses, lighting setups, audio equipment, and other production gear
- Lead on-set execution, ensuring high-quality visuals, lighting, and sound
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during shoots and maintain production efficiency
Post-Production
- Edit videos with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Execute motion graphics, animations, titles, and basic VFX where required
- Handle color correction, sound design, and final mastering for multiple formats and platforms
- Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand standards
Client & Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Present ideas, rough cuts, and final outputs confidently and professionally
- Manage feedback, revisions, and deadlines effectively
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting techniques, and production equipment
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic techniques
- Excellent screenplay and scriptwriting skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
