Role Overview :

This role is for people who love visual storytelling.

You enjoy turning raw footage into engaging content, have a good sense of pacing, music, transitions, and storytelling, and are excited to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

At Bold & Beyond, you'll work alongside our creative team to edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, events, and brand communications while gaining hands-on experience with real client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Editing & Production

• Edit videos for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand promotions
• Assist in creating engaging reels, short-form videos, and marketing content
• Support the team with video trimming, sequencing, colour correction, and audio balancing

Content Creation

• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories
• Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance content quality
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Design, PR, and Social Media teams
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns
• Incorporate feedback and revise edits as required

Learning & Development

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices
• Take ownership of assigned projects while continuously improving editing skills
• Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to future work

Must-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a plus
• Understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing academic or personal video projects is preferred
