Video Content Intern Films, Docs & Reels

We build health education literacy programs for children aged 5 to 16, with immersive movement sessions run in schools and venues across Bengaluru. Kids climbing, running, breathing, and learning to read their own bodies.

Almost none of it is on camera. That's the job.

You'll be our first camera on the ground: shoot the sessions, cut the reels, and build one short documentary that makes a parent stop scrolling.

• 10–12 vertical reels/month for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok shoots, edit to publish, full loop
• 2–3 short films (2–5 min)
• Five documentaries (8–12 min) developed across the three months
• Pitch formats. We want ideas, not just execution

• You own a camera. Body and lens minimum. This is a hard requirement.
• You can shoot and edit. Not one or the other.
• Premiere, Resolve, or Final Cut. Sound and color basics.
• A portfolio of three pieces is enough. Student or personal work is fine.
• Based in Bengaluru, able to travel to shoots across the city.
• Comfortable around children, noise, and a plan that changes twice.

Bonus: After Effects · vertical-first instinct · Kannada or Hindi for on-ground interviews Doesn't matter: film school, years of experience. We're reading your work.

• 2–3 days/week on the ground, rest remote. Some Saturday shoots—weekday off in lieu.
• ₹10,000–14,000/month, based on skill. Certificate on completion.
• Strong performers convert to a paid retainer or full-time content role. Real pathway.
• All work is ours; you keep full portfolio and showreel rights with credit.
