Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design engaging visual materials including brochures, newsletters, posters, event backdrops, product catalogs, social media posts, and web banners.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts.

- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional, corporate, and product videos for digital marketing and events.

- Create short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and animations as needed.

- Optimize video content for different platforms and aspect ratios.

- Maintain an organized library of video footage, templates, and project files.

Creative & Technical Tasks

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media content styles.

- Suggest new ideas for campaigns, product showcases, and branding visuals.

- Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign goals and timelines.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

• Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (if applicable), InDesign, Canva.
• Video Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Wondershare Filmora, and any other relevant tools will be an added advantage.
• Bonus Skills: Basic 3D design, motion graphics, photography, and social media management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

2. 13 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Mandatory to have your own laptop for the probation period.
