We are looking for aVideo & Graphic Designer with a strong AI-first mindsetto create high-impact visual content across digital platforms. This role goes beyond traditional designleveragingAI tools, automation, and emerging creative technologiesto produce videos, motion graphics, illustrations, and static visuals efficiently and at scale.
You will work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo & Motion Design
- Create short-form and long-form videos for:
- Marketing campaigns
- Social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X)
- Product explainers, demos, and integrations
- Event promos and brand films
- Design motion graphics, animated charts, and UI-based visuals
- Edit footage, screen captures, and AI-generated clips into polished narratives
AI-Driven Creative Work
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative output, such as:
- AI video generation & enhancement
- AI image creation, manipulation, and upscaling
- AI-assisted motion, background generation, and compositing
- Experiment with new AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Combine human creativity with AI precisionnot replace it
Graphic & Visual Design
- Design high-quality static creatives:
- Social media posts
- Website visuals
- Presentation decks
- Event and booth graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
- Translate complex ideas into clean, visually engaging layouts
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, and stakeholders
- Take briefs from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision
- Proactively suggest visual ideas, formats, and improvements
Required Skills & QualificationsDesign & Video Skills
- Strong proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Motion principles
- Visual storytelling
AI & Emerging Tools (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
- AI video generators/editors
- AI image tools (prompt-based and edit-based)
- AI upscaling, background removal, object replacement, etc.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows
- Ability to balance AI speed with design quality
Soft Skills
