Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Arcade Game Service Engineer / Technician to install, maintain, and repair arcade, redemption, and simulator games. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, providing on-site and remote support, and ensuring optimal game performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair arcade, redemption, and simulator game faults (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and service teams.
  • Install new games and ensure proper calibration and configuration.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
  • Maintain records of repairs, parts replaced, and customer interactions.
  • Support game software updates and network-related troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of electronics, wiring, and game control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and multimeters.
  • Knowledge of PC-based and embedded game systems.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site support and installations.

Qualification & Experience

  • Any Degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
  • 13 years of experience in arcade game service or related electronic equipment maintenance.
