Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Arcade Game Service Engineer / Technician to install, maintain, and repair arcade, redemption, and simulator games. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, providing on-site and remote support, and ensuring optimal game performance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair arcade, redemption, and simulator game faults (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and service teams.
- Install new games and ensure proper calibration and configuration.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
- Maintain records of repairs, parts replaced, and customer interactions.
- Support game software updates and network-related troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of electronics, wiring, and game control systems.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and multimeters.
- Knowledge of PC-based and embedded game systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site support and installations.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- 13 years of experience in arcade game service or related electronic equipment maintenance.
