About the Role -

We're looking for a Video Editor who can confidently handle both long-form YouTube videos and high-performing short-form content like Reels and Shorts. You'll work closely with our content and creative team to edit videos that are optimized for digital platforms and aligned with brand tone.

Key Responsibilities - 

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, Shorts, and Podcasts.
• Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, and basic motion graphics.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and brand identity.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.

What We're Looking For - 

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow.
• Understanding of Podcast, Podcast trailer and Long-form video storytelling depending upon the style.
• Motion graphics fluency, comfortable building expressive animations in After Effects or Motion. Simplifying complex concepts using visuals.
• Fair understanding of retention cut, hooks and dopamine ladder.
• Strong grasp of pacing for both long-form and short-form.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of editing experience.

Selection Process - 

Shortlisted candidates will be given a short assignment as part of our standard evaluation process.
