The day-to-day role will include:

Edit engaging and well-paced content in Adobe Premiere Pro &DaVinci Resolve, being confident to take a full edit from creative to execution, with a strong understanding of narrative flow, pacing, and visual rhythm.

Lead the post-production process, including revisions, music sourcing, and dabbling in a bit of basic sound mix.

Collaborating with account and brand managers to work hands-on with projects seamlessly, share assets, and maintain consistency across multiple deliverables.

Embracing new tools and AI workflows to streamline processes, enhance creativity, and push the boundaries of what's possible in post-production.

Staying on top of file management and delivery formats, making sure footage and edits are backed up, organised, and ready for delivery.

Help build our social presence by executing our social media plan and bringing your creative flair and Photoshop skills to the team.

Your skills:

Proven experience (2+ years) as an editor in commercial, branded content, documentary, or agency settings.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and also self-direct when needed.

Comfortable in both solo and team-based productions, with an ability to adapt to different crew sizes and timeframes.

Organised and reliable, with strong file handling, time management, and communication skills.

Bonus skills feel free to include (but definitely not essential): Colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, VFX compositing, or videography.
