Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Undri, Pune for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, editing raw footage, applying color grading techniques, and adding motion graphics to produce engaging visual stories. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team to execute projects, integrating graphic elements into video production, and ensuring the final product aligns with brand and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to create polished visual content.
• Experience in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visuals.
• Skills in Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and produce dynamic videos.
• Basic Knowledge of Graphic Design to create and integrate visually appealing elements into video projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Prior experience in a collaborative team environment, particularly in a creative or marketing agency, is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

Experience - Minimum 1-3 yrs.

Degree/Diploma in Video Editing OR equivalent hands-on experience / certified course

A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work (mandatory)

Proficient in English (spoken & written)

Strong creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling

Proficient in Video Editing and Motion Graphics

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and related tools

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under deadlines

Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively
