Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor, located in Kolkata. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content, enhancing visuals through color grading, and incorporating motion graphics where needed. The role involves working collaboratively with the creative team to transform concepts into visually compelling projects, following brand guidelines and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms including social media, ads, and campaigns

2. Work on fast-paced edits aligned with current trends and audience preferences

3. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to deliver engaging content

4. Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects while maintaining quality standards

5. Adapt to different content styles, formats, and brand guidelines

Qualifications :

• Strong expertise in Video Production and Video Editing, with proficiency in video editing software
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visuals and maintain consistent quality
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics design to create dynamic and engaging content
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with cinematography and photography is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Understanding of motion graphics is an added advantage
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Open to learning new tools and adapting to evolving content formats
• Collaborative mindset and good communication skills
• Knowledge of AI tools is a bonus
