Role Description

We're Hiring: Video Editor & Visual Content Creator

Kolkata | Full-time | Meerabella

We're looking for someone who can edit videos — we want an artist who can help shape how Meerabella is seen, felt, and remembered.

If you understand fashion, content, and what makes people stop scrolling — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Shoot and create high-quality videos for:

o Instagram Reels, Ads, Website, Marketplaces

o Product showcases (fits, fabric, styling)

o Campaigns and new launches

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end video production (shoot → edit → final output)
• Create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and brand elements
• Capture behind-the-scenes, founder stories, and craft narratives
• Assist in creating PR and brand-building content
• Repurpose one shoot into multiple content formats
• What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in video editing/content creation (D2C/fashion preferred]
• Strong skills in:
• [Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Edits | After Effects (for motion graphics]
• Ability to shoot content (DSLR/iPhone — both work if you know what you're doing)
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and aesthetics
• Knows the difference between good-looking content vs high-performing content
• Up to date with Instagram trends and short-form content formats
