Video Editor Performance Marketing

Role Overview
We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-impact performance ads. This role sits at the intersection of editing, motion graphics, and rapid experimentation. You'll work fast, iterate even faster, and adapt content across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and OTT.
You don't need to be an AI expert but you must be curious and willing to learn AI-assisted tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and mid-form videos for performance ads
- Work with raw footage, images, product shots & stock assets
- Create motion graphics, supers, transitions & basic animations
- Adapt videos across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
- Deliver platform-ready ad assets with correct specs
- Optimize edits for hooks, pacing, retention & CTAs
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing & performance teams
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Maintain clean file structure and version control
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Strong sense of timing, visual hierarchy & typography
- Experience editing ads / social-first content (not only long-form)
- Ability to convert briefs into clear, effective videos
- Comfortable with feedback and rapid iterations
AI & Future-Ready Mindset
- Exposure to AI tools for video/motion is a plus
- Willingness to experiment with AI-assisted workflows
- Open to evolving tools and processes
Good to Have
- Experience with performance marketing or D2C brands
- Understanding of how creatives impact CTR, watch time & conversions
- Basic sound design & audio cleanup
- Knowledge of platform-specific ad best practices
