We're looking for a visual designer to help capture and tell the G.O.A.T. story to the world. If you're someone who loves short-form content, thinks in transitions, frames, and hooks, and can bring energy to every shot - this one's for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact video content for reels, ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, clean pacing, and smooth transitions
- Shoot everything that moves (and some things that don't) - from high-energy event reels to stills that belong on a magazine cover.
- Build a killer content bank - sorting, tagging, and optimizing past and present footage so we always have high-impact visuals ready to go.
- Create concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools
- Recognise internal and external budget constraints to align designs and overall approach
- Short-form, long-form, reels, campaigns - your work willlive across Website, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Experiment with formats, styles, sounds, and trends to create content that stands out
- Responsible for own design queue and execution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, and editing for visually compelling content.
- Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
- Ability to work across different visual styles, from luxury food content to underground rave energy.
- Shoot product videos & photos when needed (basic videography + photography skills are a huge plus)
- You instinctively know what hits and how to make people stop, stare, and engage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy for setup hygiene, version controls.
- Knowledge and perspective of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- A feel for music, transitions, and pacing that make content magnetic.
- A storyteller's mind - you don't just shoot, you create moments.
- Quick turnaround skills - because the best content is fresh content.
- Understanding of how visuals translate into engagement, brand impact, and viral potential.
