We're building Konvo with Kathan a podcast where business, psychology, and storytelling collide. We interview India's most exciting founders, creators, and thinkers. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can capture the energy of these conversations and translate them into high-quality content.

The Role

We are looking for a creative Videographer & Editor. You will manage our studio production and edit high-quality content.

What You'll Do

• Shoot: Handle lighting, audio, and camera setup for in-person Podcasts and interviews.
• Edit Podcasts: Handle multi-camera syncing, audio mixing, and color grading for full-length episodes.
• Edit Long-Form: Create documentary-style YouTube videos using stock footage and B-roll.
• Edit Short-Form: Cut viral-style Reels/Shorts with fast pacing and hooks.
• Visualize: Use Premiere Pro and After Effects to create cinematic, engaging visuals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Experience with Camera Gear (Lighting & Audio).
• Portfolio must show Podcasts, Long-form, and Reels.
• Based in Ahmedabad.
