Full-Time Role Open to Freshers

We are a new-gen digital marketing agency that's tech-first, creatively driven, and community-led.
You will be part of a project for the complete rebranding of a real estate agency and a personal brand - building their visual identity, digital presence, and storytelling from the ground up.
We're looking for a Video Editor who can also shoot and handle graphic design - someone who understands storytelling, composition, and aesthetics across both motion and static content.
This is not just an editing role.
You will be involved from concept shoot edit design
What You'll Do:
- Shoot on-ground content with the team (property walkthroughs, brand films, lifestyle visuals, campaign shoots)
- Edit high-quality reels and videos with strong pacing, storytelling, music, and color grading
- Design social media creatives, brochures, thumbnails, pitch decks, and brand assets
- Create motion graphics and animated text overlays when needed
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns
- Help build a premium, aspirational real estate brand aesthetic
- Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Be available for on-site property shoots
What We're Looking For:
- Strong sense of framing, lighting, and cinematic storytelling
- Good understanding of shooting spaces, interiors, and architecture
- Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / equivalent)
- Strong graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, color theory)
- Comfortable with Adobe Suite / Figma or similar tools
- Understands internet culture and modern brand storytelling
- Fast learner, adaptable, proactive
- Can manage deadlines independently
