Video Editor

Job Summary:

The Video Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content and marketing collateral for all schools within their assigned cluster. This role requires creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to produce consistent, brand-aligned content that effectively showcases VIBGYOR schools unique offerings and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality videos received from schools on student/parent testimonials, student videos, employee testimonials, event highlights, student and school achievements
• Edit raw footage into engaging final cuts with transitions, audio, subtitles, and graphics
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all cluster school videos
• Design digital ads, social media content, presentation slides, and event visuals/posters
• Develop templates that can be customized for individual campuses while maintaining brand consistency
• Grow school presence on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business)
• Build follower base and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with influencers for broader reach
• Organize, archive, and maintain a searchable library of all video assets and marketing materials
• Prepare videos in appropriate formats for various platforms (website, social media, presentations, digital displays)
• Work closely with school SDOs, principals, and VERTEX marketing team to understand content requirements
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining a turnaround time of 2-3 days for all deliverables
• Gather content briefs and feedback from stakeholders to ensure videos meet objectives
• Train school staff on basic video capture techniques to ensure quality raw footage
