We are looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team in Kolkata. The role involves crafting compelling visual stories across brand films, digital campaigns, social media content, corporate AVs, and event films. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong storytelling sensibility and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Create captivating video edits for both short-form and long-form content, ensuring high quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, writers, designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life and align with project vision
• Enhance visual storytelling through effective use of sound design, music, and photo editing
• Innovate within project guidelines by introducing fresh editing styles, transitions, and formats
• Manage projects end-to-endfrom raw footage to final deliveryensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
• Maintain and organize project files, assets, and archives

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and related tools
• Working knowledge of sound design principles and audio mixing
• Knowledge of 2D animation and basic motion graphics is a plus
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Creative mindset with a passion for films, digital content, and brand narratives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant experience in an agency, production house, or media environment preferred
