Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor located in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and color grading videos. Key responsibilities include creating motion graphics, handling video color grading, and incorporating graphics into video projects. The role requires collaboration with team members to develop concepts and execute video content that aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality Reels for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Edit in-house tutorial and training videos for VasyERP software, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Edit podcasts including video/audio syncing, cutting unnecessary parts, adding transitions, intro/outro, subtitles, and sound design.
  • Apply motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects where required.
  • Work with the marketing and creative team to interpret briefs and deliver videos that align with the brand's tone and goals.
  • Maintain consistency in style, branding, and formatting across all video content.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media formats, and tools.
  • Support the team during in-house shoots, if required, with basic cinematography or direction input.
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics.
  • Basic knowledge of camera operations and lighting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, especially for digital and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,or other professional editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of aspect ratios, resolutions, frame rates, and social platform-specific guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound mixing.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with corporate, tech, or SaaS-related content is a plus.
