C3S Business School is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics & Video Editor who can turn ideas into impactful visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion design, and creating content tailored for multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality videos that align with our brand's standards.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms (Social Media, YouTube, Website, Advertisements, etc.).
• Create and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Add music, voiceovers, SFX, dialogues, lower thirds, and graphic elements as per project needs.
• Work closely with creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure videos align with the brand's tone, guidelines, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams on content deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
• Optimize video content for various formats/aspect ratios (Reels, Shorts, 16:9, 9:16, etc.).
• Maintain organized project files and ensure proper backups.

Must Have:

• Adobe Premiere Pro Video Editing
• Adobe After Effects Motion Graphics & Animation
• Adobe Photoshop Image Editing
• Adobe Illustrator Vector & Graphic Assets
• Adobe Media Encoder Rendering & Exporting

Good to Have:

• DaVinci Resolve Color Grading
• Blender or Cinema 4D 3D Motion Graphics (Bonus)

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Multimedia, Animation, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in video editing & motion graphics.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work (mandatory).
