Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Editor to support Ugaoo's content, marketing, and internal communication needs through high-quality video edits. You will work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to edit engaging videos for social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong editing fundamentals, a good visual sense, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos for Meta ads, social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and internal marketing needs
- Create basic motion graphics and titles
- Perform colour correction and audio cleanup to improve video quality
- Deliver clean rough cuts and final exports aligned with brand guidelines and briefs
- Organize project files, manage assets efficiently, and meet assigned deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, content, and marketing teams and incorporate feedback effectively
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in video editing or strong fresher-level portfolio/showreel
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive learning mindset
