Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sec 132, Noida for a Video Editor with experience between 1-3 years at ThoughtSol Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, video editing, video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for internal and external campaigns (corporate, culture, social media, OEM partnerships, etc.)
2. Add music, voiceovers, motion graphics, and effects that enhance the storytelling
3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand the video needs and objectives
4. Organize and manage a library of raw and edited video assets
5. Work on short-form reels, teaser videos, event recaps, leadership series, employee stories, and product/service showcases
6. Adapt video formats and aspect ratios for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
7. Stay updated with the latest video trends, techniques, and software tools

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio (corporate or creative)
2. Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
3. Strong sense of timing, storytelling, transitions, and visual aesthetics
4. Ability to work with tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain consistency
5. Familiarity with color correction, audio editing, and basic animation
