Requirements:

23 years of video editing experience

Experience editing reels for doctors/clinics

Strong understanding & communication

Good time management (deadlines matter)

Knows hooks, pacing & short-form content structure

Bonus if you can think creatively and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video production & editing

Experience in motion graphics and color grading

Basic graphic design knowledge

Creative storytelling with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment

Experience in branded or digital marketing content is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Design, or related field preferred
