At Pocket FM, we're reshaping the future of audio entertainment. We're on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who's passionate about storytelling and excited to explore the possibilities of AI-powered visuals. In this role, you'll craft compelling video content that brings our audio narratives to life across social media and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage and AI-generated visuals into polished, high-quality videos

Apply clean transitions, basic animations, and engaging lower-thirds

Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

AI Visual Creation:

Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, Kling) to generate images and short clips

Iterate on prompts and visuals to meet creative goals and narrative direction

Stay informed about emerging AI technologies in video and image generation

Collaboration & Workflow

Collaborate with the audio team to ensure visuals are perfectly synced with sound

Maintain organized project files, version control, and backup systems

Document workflows and best practices for integrating AI-generated assets

Requirements

Education: Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or relevant

experience

Tools: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

AI Tools: Experience with AI-based image/video generation platforms and prompt crafting

Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability and keen attention to detail

Language: Proficiency in understanding and editing content in Telugu

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics or basic 3D animation

Background in the OTT/entertainment industry

Prior work in creating short-form videos for social media marketing

Passion for audio storytelling, podcasts, or OTT content
