Team With Someone is a digital marketing and content creation company working primarily with fitness professionals, coaches and personal brands. We help our clients grow their online presence through content, creative strategy, video production and digital marketing.

We're looking for a Video Editor to join our team on-site and work on short-form content for Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

If you understand Reels, know how to make a video engaging, and have a good eye for cuts, pacing and storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Editing talking-head, educational and fitness content
• Adding captions, B-roll, sound effects, music and transitions
• Improving the pacing and overall flow of videos
• Creating edits based on different client styles and requirements
• Making revisions based on feedback
• Managing multiple video projects and meeting deadlines
  

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in video editing
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual presentation
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar editing software
• Ability to understand feedback and make changes quickly
• Good attention to detail
• Someone who is creative, responsible and can manage deadlines

Experience with fitness, health, personal brand or social media content will be a plus.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and editing skills.
