Video Editor Intern

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Video Editor Intern role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The intern will assist in editing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and client presentations using industry-standard tools. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, applying basic color grading, adding motion graphics, and ensuring audio and visual consistency. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team, following brand guidelines, and adapting edits based on feedback. The intern will support brainstorming sessions, help prepare versions for different platforms, and maintain file management and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and creating coherent narratives.
• Ability to perform Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent looks across projects.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to develop engaging titles, transitions, and visual elements.
• Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to follow brand and stylistic guidelines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in film, media, design, communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work is highly beneficial.
