We're hiring: Freelance Short-Form Video Editor (Remote, Paid Per Edit)

We create a lot of content, and we're looking for a talented editor to help turn our raw footage into scroll-stopping reels.

What you'll edit

• Short-form reels, 30–90 seconds, for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Mostly talking-head videos with b-roll, plus cinematic edits
• Ongoing volume of roughly 30 reels per month

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of short-form content, especially talking-head and cinematic work
• A great sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling in the first few seconds
• Skill with captions, b-roll placement, sound design, music, and color grading
• Bonus: you use AI tools (like Descript, Submagic, or Resolve's AI features) to work faster without losing quality
• Reliable turnaround of 24h per reel, timing is critical
• Good communication and openness to feedback
