Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and direct video shoots for marketing campaigns, product promotions, interviews, testimonials, and corporate content.

• Handle professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production gear.

• Set up and manage indoor and outdoor video shoots.

• Direct on-camera talent, employees, customers, and models during shoots to achieve desired creative outcomes.

• Capture high-quality video footage and photographs for digital and print marketing requirements.

• Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and advertising campaigns.

• Create motion graphics, animations, title cards, visual effects, and promotional creatives.

• Perform color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, sound enhancement, and final rendering.

• Develop short-form and long-form content aligned with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and management teams to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.

• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a professional visual identity.

• Manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, content creation, cinematography, and social media marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.

• Strong expertise in camera handling, framing, composition, lighting, and shot planning.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.

• Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, camera settings, and export standards.

• Strong storytelling, creative visualization, and video direction skills.

• Ability to independently manage shoots and post-production workflows.

• Strong communication and team coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing and social media content production.

• Knowledge of drone videography and advanced camera equipment.

• Experience directing promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate films.

• Photography and photo editing skills.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and editing tools.
