Job Title: Junior Video Editor
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who can craft engaging ads and branded content with strong pacing and storytelling. You will assist in editing, basic motion graphics, sound design, and color grading while collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for ads, social media, and branded content.
- Collaborate with Directors and Production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Apply basic motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to enhance visual quality.
- Deliver high-quality edits on time, even under tight deadlines.
- Support senior editors in post-production workflows and revisions.
Requirements
- Experience: 12 years in video editing (internships or freelance experience accepted).
- Portfolio: Shows strong storytelling, rhythm, and visual flow; includes ad films, branded content, or reels.
- Skills: Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
