StoreBox AI is on a mission to become the Google of the Agentic Web. We are turning every business into a live, transactional endpoint where AIs can book, negotiate, and transact directly.
We are founded by a former Google AI engineer who developed TensorFlow and a Unicorn Founder who previously raised $250M+ at a $1B+ valuation based out of Silicon Valley and Miami.
We are currently in Money Now mode. We aren't selling abstract AI dreams yet; we are getting service-based SMBs online instantly with high-conversion websites and CRMs for $10/month.
The Role (The Attention Engine) :
We need a Founding Video Editor who understands that in the first 3 seconds of a Reel, we either win a customer or lose them. You aren't just cutting footage; you are engineering attention. Your job is to take our elite tech pedigree and $10/mo value prop and turn it into high-impact short-form video that converts solo professionals (CPAs, Realtors, Notaries) into paid users.
Key Responsibilities:
Viral Short-Form Production: Create high-impact Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts optimized for platform algorithms (9:16 vertical, 15-60s).
Conversion-Focused Storytelling: Apply hooks within the first 3 seconds to maximize retention and integrate clear CTAs into the video flow.
Motion Graphics & Polish: Implement kinetic typography, text overlays, and professional transitions to maintain an Elite Tech brand feel.
Performance Iteration: Create A/B test video variants to optimize for engagement and conversion metrics.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive visual branding across all social media assets.
Aggressive Execution: Meet rapid turnaround timelines for multi-channel social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Who You Are :
Attention Engineer: You know exactly how to pace a video for maximum engagement and thumb-stopping power.
Technical Expert: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must. You use CapCut or DaVinci Resolve for rapid prototyping and Adobe Audition for crisp audio cleanup.
Hook-Obsessed: You live and breathe vertical video trends and understand the nuances of hook-first structures.
Speed-Obsessed: We deliver website drafts in 24 hours; we expect our video engine to move just as fast.
