Role Overview
We're looking for someone who understands social media beyond just design. This role is a mix of static creatives and high-performing video content. You should be comfortable turning ideas into scroll-stopping posts and editing reels that are sharp, fast, and platform-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives across formats: static posts, carousels, and ad creatives
- Conceptualize and edit reels, short videos, and motion content for platforms like Instagram and Meta ads
- Work on video editing using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understand content trends and adapt them into brand-relevant creatives
- Collaborate with the content and performance marketing team to create conversion-focused creatives
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, design language, and visual identity
- Optimize creatives based on performance insights and feedback
- Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, sound sync, and visual storytelling
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
- Ability to work on quick timelines without compromising quality
- Basic understanding of ad creatives and performance-driven content is a plus
