In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Transforming Raw Footage into Captivating Content: You'll meticulously craft engaging videos for brands, transforming raw footage into polished stories that resonate with viewers.
- Elevating Visuals and Audio with Expertise: Leverage your skills in color grading and sound design to enhance each video's visual appeal and emotional impact.
- Motion Graphics Expertise (Optional): For those with an additional skill set, the ability to utilize After Effects to produce high-quality motion graphics and text overlays will be a valuable asset.
- Social Media Savvy Storytelling: Demonstrate your understanding of social media platforms by crafting both quick, attention-grabbing stories and longer-form content that keeps viewers engaged.
- Collaboration through Storytelling: Join the team to translate brand ideas into compelling video narratives, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. We encourage you to actively contribute your ideas and work effectively with the team to continuously enhance video content.
- Understanding the Production Process: Knowledge of the video production process, from conception to completion, is highly beneficial.
- Audio is important: Your strong understanding of audio and music will be instrumental in creating impactful videos.

- Staying ahead of the curve: We value individuals who are passionate about staying abreast of the latest social media trends and video editing techniques.
- Reel editing process: Do you have a knack for crafting captivating short-form videos (like Reels) that command attention on social media platforms That's a major plus!
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal teammate:
- A Video Editing Visionary: You'll possess at least 1-3 years of experience editing videos for commercial brands, showcasing a keen eye for storytelling and the ability to translate brand narratives into engaging visuals.
- A Social Media Insider: Your experience working within the social media sphere is crucial. You understand the nuances of different platforms and how to tailor video content for maximum audience engagement.
- Video editing software: You'll utilize your skills to incorporate stunning motion graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects that elevate video content to the next level. You should have hands-on experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, and Adobe Rush (not all of them)
- A Storytelling Shapeshifter: No matter the genre travel vlog, heart-wrenching drama, or adrenaline-pumping sports highlight your editing style adapts seamlessly to fit the narrative.
