Fluenzu is looking for a full-time Video Editor with proven experience in editing social media content and paid advertisements.
This is a performance-driven role where your creatives directly impact campaign results. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, work well under pressure, and strictly follow deadlines and brand guidelines.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCore Editing
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Create high-converting ad creatives based on marketing briefs
- Deliver multiple ad variations based on performance feedback
- Ensure all creatives meet platform ad policies and brand standards
Tools & Execution
- Mandatory use of CapCut for fast-turnaround edits
- Use Adobe tools for advanced editing and motion
- Use Photoshop for thumbnails and creatives
- Experience in Green Screen (Chroma Key) editing
- Maintain organized file management and version control
Performance & Work Discipline
- Handle high-pressure deadlines without compromising quality
- Implement feedback quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate with marketing and performance teams
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, transitions, and branding
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of professional video editing experience
- Proven experience in social media ad editing
- Proven experience in Retention Editing for Instagram (35-60 seconds reels)
- Strong working knowledge of CapCut (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Immediate joiner preferred
Education
Any degree/diploma in:
- Visual Communication (preferred)
- Film / Multimedia
- Animation / Design
- or relevant
Note: Skills and experience will be prioritized over academic qualifications.
Salary & Employment Terms
- 25,000 50,000 per month (based on skills & interview performance)
- 3-month probation period
- Salary confirmation and revision based on performance, discipline & consistency

- Failure to meet deadlines or quality standards may result in termination during probation
