Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer cum Editor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality videos that promote our products, services, events, and brand identity across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, websites, and advertisements.
• Capture product videos, customer testimonials, corporate events, factory operations, and promotional content.
• Edit videos by adding transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, background music, and motion graphics.
• Create engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Operate cameras, drones (if certified), gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Maintain and organize video footage, digital assets, and project files.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.
• Deliver projects within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing software, and social media trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of videography, cinematography, and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, and audio recording.
• Creativity with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Film Making, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
